What is the absorbing material?

The so-called wave-absorbing material refers to a class of materials that can absorb the energy of electromagnetic waves projected onto its surface and have very little reflection, refraction and scattering. Electromagnetic wave absorber is divided into conductive loss, dielectric loss and magnetic loss, and can be divided into conductive absorber material, dielectric absorber material and magnetic absorber material. The main loss mechanism is dielectric loss. Under the action of external alternating electric field, the electrons in the material fiber vibrate, converting electromagnetic energy into heat energy and dissipating. The research shows that this material has the advantages of relative light weight (1kg/m2), wide absorption frequency band (10MHz-18GHz), good absorption performance (5-30db), strong weather resistance (-40℃ - 180℃), anti-aging, easy to bend, arbitrary cutting, wet resistance, pressure resistance, long-term use, non-toxic environmental protection and other outstanding advantages. In production, the electromagnetic absorption parameters of the material can be adjusted by adjusting the length, diameter, arrangement mode and dispersant content of the fiber. According to customer needs to manufacture into (10MHz-18GHz) different frequency band width, for (military, industrial and civil) and other uses, from (0.5-6mm) different thickness and (plate type, corrugated, honeycomb, etc.) different shapes.


Main application areas: For mobile phones, electronic instruments, high-frequency equipment, microwave active devices, radar and microwave communication systems, such as clutter suppression, anti-electromagnetic interference and other technical fields, according to different application frequency bands, the thickness and formula of functional materials can be adjusted to make electromagnetic wave absorption film with different thickness and efficacy, the thickness of which is 0.1----1.0mm. Absorbent materials of different thicknesses and functions can be produced according to customers' requirements
